Behind the Scenes

Cake decorating started as a hobby when I was a teenager (a long time ago!). But it wasn't until I became a mum, to my two lovely girls, making their birthday cakes each year, that I realised how much I loved bringing their favourite themes to life through cake, and creating something that became part of their special memories.

I believe that a cake should look just as good as it tastes. It should make your guests smile, create a 'Wow' moment and become part of your memories of the day.

I take great pride in creating cakes that are beautiful, personal and full of detail. From carefully piped buttercream cakes to handmade fondant decorations and the finishing touches that bring a design together, I take the time to ensure every element is created with care.
